ABOUT PAPILLES ON THE TABLE
Papilles On The Table head office is based in London.
Orders can be picked up if you live nearby.
Please send me an email prior of ordering so we can remove the delivery cost and arrange a time and date for pick up.
All of our products are made by small artisans or family run companies.
They come from as near as London and as far as Spain, France and Sardinia.

ORDERS, RETURN, DELIVERY
We will happily, with proof of purchase, offer a full refund, exchange or credit note for all non-sale items (not including shipping) received back within 14 days of purchase if the goods are in perfect, saleable condition.
Please notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before sending us your return - If we are not notified, we will not know that we are expecting your order. When you return an item, please include the order number to which it relates, all your details and whether you want an exchange or refund; without these details we are unable to action your request.
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we are unable to give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. If the return is delivered after 14 working days, we will issue a credit amount at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition, including any outer packaging of the product (e.g. the original box for relevant item). Please also include a copy of the returns form as received. To complete your return, we also require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to your order to make sure we can deliver in time.

Please allow 1-2 week(s) for delivery, 3-4 during the Christmas period.
Please note that some consignments may incur customs charges. These would have to be paid for by the customer.
We will endeavour to process your order the same working day if the order has been received before 12 noon.
All items are then dispatched by our preferred carriers (Royal Mail, UPS and DHL) or by other carrier if deemed necessary.
Every order is sent with a tracking number which can allow you to follow it.
If an item is not on stock and you have pre-ordered it, it can take up to 8 weeks to make it to order and then send it to you.
In the unlikely event that your item goes missing, we will do our utmost to help you claim your money back with our delivery partner.
A refund/exchange will only be given if the appointed courier accepts the status of the parcel as missing.
An investigation will then take place which can take up to 60 days.
The items are packed with the most care possible.
If you received an damaged item, please send an email with your order number and a proof of the damaged item as it was found in the box within 48 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you.

If you contact me after you receive the notification of order sent, you will have to wait until you receive the items to return the unwanted item.
